Spanish satellite made “at home”

A satellite made in Spain. UPMSAT-2, built in the Instituto Universitario de Microgravedad Ignacio da Riva (IDR/UPM) in the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. University students work in this project (1000000 €) whose launch cost will be zero because they will launch it with another spanish satellite (Ingenio).
